Delete Your NeuroExam Account

Delete your account from the NeuroExam app

1. Sign in to your NeuroExam account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Go to Danger Zone.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion.

Deleting your account permanently removes the personal data associated with your account, including your profile information, learning progress, personal notes, support messages, and other account-related data.

If you cannot access your account

You may request account deletion by contacting us at neuroexam.app@gmail.com from the email address associated with your NeuroExam account.

Please use the subject: “Account Deletion Request”.

We may need to verify that you are the owner of the account before processing the request.

Subscriptions

Deleting your NeuroExam account does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the relevant store.
