1. Who Can Use NeuroExam

NeuroExam is designed for medical students, neurology residents, neurologists, and other healthcare professionals interested in neurology. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content in NeuroExam — including daily questions, clinical cases, exam modules, journal summaries, and community discussions — is provided for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult appropriate clinical guidelines and qualified professionals when making patient care decisions.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• NeuroExam offers a premium subscription that unlocks full access to all features.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe, depending on your platform.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple, Google, or Stripe account settings.
• We do not store your credit card information — payments are handled entirely by the respective store.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Post abusive, misleading, or inappropriate content on the community board or in support messages.
• Attempt to access another user's data or interfere with the app's operation.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app's content without permission.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (such as personal notes and board posts). By posting on the community board, you grant us a license to display that content within the app. You are responsible for ensuring your posts do not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

NeuroExam and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all information is completely accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

7. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal information, learning progress, notes, and messages are removed from our systems.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
